Online Store Credit

What is Online Store Credit?

Store Credit allows you to return your purchase online, but rather than receiving cash back, you can use the equal amount toward a future purchase.

How does it work?

To request an Online Store Credit, email us at [email protected] with your order ID. Our representative will guide you accordingly.

When will I be eligible to claim Online Store Credit?

Requests must be submitted within 30 days from order receipt. All requests will be processed within this frame.

Refunds

You can claim a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The refund amount will be equivalent to the purchase price minus shipping costs.

Cost of Shipping

Non-refundable Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  – The item was damaged upon receipt.

  – The wrong item was delivered.

  – Free shipping was offered as a promotion.

– In all other cases, customers will be charged shipping costs on returns of items.

Returns & Exchanges

How to Return an Item:

  After approval of any return request, you have to ship the item to us through courier, and we will provide details upon your contact with us.

Sale Items:

  Items purchased on sale are not subject to exchange or refund.

International Orders

– At present we do not refund or accept exchanges for international online orders.

Order Cancellations

– Cancellation of orders can be made within 24 hours from the time they were placed by sending us an email at [email protected]  . Look into our Customer Care Section for additional information.

Important Notes

– Claims for refund should be lodged in within a month of having made the purchase.

– Exchanges are not acceptable for items that have been worn, used, or otherwise modified.

– Tags and labels must remain intact.

– You can exchange summer stock for only summer items and winter stock for only winter items.

-Interaction or exchange between any brands is forbidden.
